So people aren't confused from the very begining think the water is acting like a mirror but the image of the DOME is upside down

This is a great reflection image, Phil!!! What is making a splash (on the right side of the image)? Now all I have to do is figure out where Pulaski Street is. Nicely done, Phil!!!
