You've Come A Long Way Baby

I think this is one of the most unusual Architectural /Industrial examples I have seen ..In 1886 the brick structure was built at what is now 60 School St in Fonda .The painting was done some time after wards and is in a collection which was displayed at Glen Town Day this year,,

After seeing the painting I was told it was the District 6 School

..In 1936 The Kasson & Keller company started manufacturing windows in the basement of the school.You can see from the airiel view of the modern factory , that instead of demolishing the old building ,it was incorporated into a much larger structure

..Trish and I went on a tour with George Hays, The COO .He was very nice and showed us around the factory ,,We went out on the roof and saw the top two stories close up
