Hey, I almost took a photo of that plaque the day I photographed the courthouse months ago, but I passed it up. Try it again with a little more of the building--keep it on an angle though.
I wanted people to be able to read it...Those guys ..no power tools no gasoline motors..I am sure Frank knows what that means ..just having to drive a screw without a power drill..
