Philadelphia like many cities has/had a graffiti problem. A few visionary artists conceive of the idea of murals in problem areas ..It is proposed that the murals could be used as an outlet for the urge by some to have artistic/?? exposure in public places..We went on a tour of North Philadelphia and examined some of the results

Great images. I, too, think the rainy conditions added to the images. I like them all, but especially the last where the portrait is framed by the windshield wiper. Nice job.
