Thought about Major Thane giving her State of the City Speech at City HAll..So went to Council meeting........ Well Still have shake with no flash and people look horrible when flash it their face..

I like your old plaza photo, Phil. Your new image was very good, too. Your subject was on the front page of the newspaper yesterday, too...your timing was perfect! :-) P.S. I agree with you about using flash!
